Tim joined UMBC in 2023 as the Coordinator of Operations in the Office of Academic Engagement and Transition Programs (AETP). In his current position, he works alongside the AETP Team to organize and implement the logistics for our various initiatives: first-year and transfer student transition courses, first year seminar courses, American Sign Language courses, living learning communities, and bridge programs.
Tim joins the AETP Team after receiving his B.S. in Music from Towson University and A.F.A. in Music from the Community College of Baltimore County. Tim has held various positions working with students in transition to college that informs his work at UMBC. Tim strives to cultivate a welcoming environment that supports student’s academic, personal, and professional success.
